The front doors remain closed for now. Please do not come in to the surgery unless instructed to do so. 

The surgery is working on an initial telephone consultation basis. You will be asked some questions by reception staff. Please give them as much information as you can. All staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement.

registerNew Patient Registration

To register with the practice you must live within Largs, Fairlie or the Meigle. You are required to complete a Registration form along with a New Patient Questionnaire and Patient/Practice Agreement. We would ask you to bring photographic ID and proof of your address such as a utility bill/tenancy agreement/council tax notification.

If you live outside the boundary area, you will need to register with another practice. Information on how to do this is available from the Health Board 0845 300 1574.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Changes to Personal Details

If your personal details have changed since joining the Practice, please click here to complete the online form, or contact us for assistance.
