Through the Princes Foundation, programmes are being run at Dumfries House where they can support individuals to look at ways which can help them manage their condition(s). With the current pandemic, they are running the programmes via Zoom and have adapted them to reflect what is possible through this medium. Each programme is group based and runs for 2 hours once per week.
There are 5 different programmes:
Woman’s Health – Fertility Wellbeing – 6 weeks Fertility wellbeing
Health and Well-being – focuses on weight management and Diabetes – 7 weeks Health & wellbeing
Mindfulness – 8 weeks
They are currently taking self referrals in addition to referrals from Health Professionals.
